Please wear a swimsuit, rash guard, sportswear, or other clothing that is easy to move in and dry off in advance. Basically, all you need to bring is a drink and a towel. If you have sunglasses and sunscreen, please bring them with you!

Q. Can I snorkel during the winter season?

Snorkeling is possible on Miyako Island in winter because the island is relatively warm compared to other parts of Japan. Wetsuits are available for free rental during the winter season. Wetsuits are available for snorkeling even in the winter season.

Q. How can I get photo data?

The photo data is basically presented to the customer using a smart phone.

If you have the LINE messaging application or can use the AirDrop function of the iPhone series, you can send photo data without any problem.

I was able to participate with a same-day reservation, which was great because it allowed me to adapt to a sudden change in plans. I got to see the sea turtles up close, and I’m very happy with the beautiful free photos I received. However, the changing room felt a bit cramped, so it might get crowded during peak times. Overall, I think this is a plan that offers good value for the money.

Even though I was traveling alone, I was able to enjoy myself without feeling self-conscious. The guide was very friendly and chatted with me, so I never felt lonely and was able to fully immerse myself in the beautiful ocean of Miyako Island. When traveling alone, you tend to end up with few photos of yourself, but the guide took lots of wonderful photos of me with sea turtles in the background. It was the perfect way to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and recharge.

I’m not much of a swimmer, so I was worried about whether I’d be able to see the sea turtles, but thanks to the guide, who provided a floatation device and helped me out, even beginners like me could enjoy the experience with peace of mind. I was truly moved to see the sea turtles up close. If I had to mention one thing, the changing tent was a bit cramped, so it would be handy to have a poncho or something similar that you can slip on quickly. I’m so glad I took the plunge and joined the tour.

That was the perfect choice. You can see sea turtles quickly and easily, and you even get free photos, so Taipa is the best. The ocean around Miyako Island is so beautiful—I have absolutely no complaints.

It was very impressive to see sea turtles several times in the clear water. The guide was very attentive and explained everything to us, and we were able to enjoy snorkeling for the first time without any worries.

I was right. Taipa is the best—you get to swim with sea turtles and even get free photos. If I had to nitpick, though, the waves were a little high, so swimming took some effort. But I had a great time.

I did not expect such an intense nature experience for two hours in the morning. The clarity of the ocean was unbelievable, and meeting wild sea turtles so close was an emotional experience in itself. My wife, who is not good in the water, was able to participate with ease thanks to the instructor's careful support.

The clarity of the ocean is unparalleled! You can see coral and fish from the shallows, it's like a natural aquarium. Even though I am not a good swimmer, I enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to beginners!

I joined the tour with my elementary school daughter. She was very nervous about her first snorkeling experience, but we were able to rent her a floatation device and she felt safe. She was so excited to see cute tropical fish! We also saw sea turtles, and on the way home she kept saying, "I want to go back! on the way back home.

I was nervous about snorkeling for the first time, but the guide kindly supported me and put my mind at ease. The water was so clear that it was like swimming in the sky. The sea turtles came very close to me and I was very impressed...it was a memory that will last a lifetime!
